Ceramization is a new technology, which provides for regenerate engines, gearboxes, differentials and other devices, where metal to metal friction occurs. A ceramic layer is formed owing to combination and diffusion of ceramizer® particles with metal particles moving about in oil. What seems rather unusual is the fact that there is no need for dismantling of the device. The process of regeneration and building of a ceramic layer takes place automatically, already after 200 km/ 125 miles from the moment of adding of the product (engine additive, gearbox additive) to oil benefits are noticeable.

Instructions for use for engines

CERAMIZER® is recommended for recondition four-stroke combustion engines, regeneration surfaces of metal parts which are subjected to friction and magnetization oil. 
The proper use of Ceramizer® will result in improvement of vehicle's performance, increase compression level on all cylinders, reduction oil and fuel consumption, reduction vibration and noise, decrease toxic emissions, it extends the life of engine as well as extends oil change intervals. Neither ceramizer® clogs filters nor blocks oil channels, as its particles are extremely small by diameter, so they can be freely transfered throughout filters.
Ceramizer® does not affect oil at all. Its viscosity and composition remain the same. Oil is used as a mean of delivery an active nano particles into the internal, metal and rubbing parts of the engine. 
Recondition of metal parts with using Ceramizer® takes place in normal operating conditions without the need to dismantle them. Metal-ceramic layer (which has unique qualities) covers all, especially exploited surfaces, leading to restoration of an ideal geometry of the surfaces which subject to friction
  • Ceramizer® is suitable with all types of oil and for combustion engines (petrol engines, supplied by gas, Diesel, turbocharged engines and these with catalyzed fumes).

  • Ceramizer® can be used for combustion engines of any machines and factory units after consulting the Producer.

  • Lowered dose of Ceramizer® will not give the expected results.                                     

  • Increased dose doesn't cause any side effects, it only lengthens the process of cermet creation. 

  • Ceramizer® can be used at every stage of exploitation, best just after oil exchange.

  • During the whole process of ceramization (1500 km / 900 miles) oil should not be changed. The next oil change should be done when required.

  • Use Ceramizer® as a preventive measure to protect the engine against friction and to extend it's operating life.      


This chart defines the amount of doses necessary for ceramization the surfaces of rubbed parts.

  • We recommend to double the dose of Ceramizer® presents in chart, if the engine absorbs oil. The first dose should be applied according to the directions for use, then after 500 km / 300 miles the second one should be applied in the same way.
  • The dose of Ceramizer® should also be doubled for engines use in sports and extreme conditions of exploitation.


  • Warm the engine up to 80-90 oC, by driving or keeping the engine going on the idle gear for at least 10 minutes.
  • Turn the engine off.
  • Unscrew the cap oil reservoir and pour the content of the syringe into the engine's inlet.
  • Turn the cap oil reservoir.
  • Turn the engine on and leave it on the idle gear for 15 minutes.
  • Drive carefully 200 km / 125 miles (not necessarily at one time), not exceeding 2700 rotations/minute (the lower rpm is, the higher friction in engine and the more effective creation of the coating of cermet is). 
    Note: 200 km / 125 miles can be replaced by leaving the engine working for 4 hours on the idle gear. One hour on the idle gear – corresponds to 50 km / 30 miles drive.
  • Engines which parameters are expressed in moto hours (mth) should be exploited within 5 mth (not necessarily at one time) not exceeding 2700 rotations/minute (rpm).
  • Upon reaching 200 km / 125 miles or after 4 hours on the idle gear you can drive without rotations speed limitation. The metal-ceramic layer develops still up to 1500 km / 900 miles in normal operating conditions. During this time oil shouldn't be changed.
  • Engines which parameters are expressed in moto hours (mth) can be exploited without limitations after reaching 5 mth. The process of ceramization is completed after 30 mth.    


  1. If any teflon or molybdenum components had been added to oil before, we recommend to exchange this oil and to clean mechanism before appying Ceramizer® . Otherwise its effectiveness will be reduced and process of the cermet creation will be lengthened.        
  3. In case of any mechanical damages of the engine e.g. cracked or scorched piston ring, leaky valve, deep scratches on the cylinder etc., they should be repaired before adding Ceramizer®.        
  5. Ceramizer® does not recondition any places where friction of rubber or plastic with metal parts occurs.        
  7. In case of engines without an automatic adjustment of valve clearance, after Ceramizer® treatment 1500 km /900 miles, if that is necessary ( clatters of valves are heard), a regulation should be done.        
  9. If the engine is equipped with a centrifugal oil filter, it should be cleaned before applying Ceramizer®, and it is recommended to turn off the oil circulation while tooling, by using a tube (if possible). In these types of filters molecules tend to settle, therefore the amount that reaches friction surfaces is reduced.        
  11. The syringes are also correctly filled even if a small leakage of product under the pusher is noticed.   


This product is safe in accordance with the UE (91/155/EEC) norm.

Does not contain molybdenum or teflon.
