MTF Gear oil is a new-age multigrade semi-synthetic transmission/gear oil developed to meet the requirements of modern fuel-efficient motor vehicles. It has outstanding low temperature characteristics which assist in overcoming harsh and difficult cold temperature gear changes. The oil also has the film-strength to protect gear trains at elevated temperatures, resulting in the minimisation of high temperature rattles.

MTF Gear oil is especially suitable for manual gearboxes and transaxles fitted to a passenger car, SUV, 4WD and light commercial vehicles where SAE 75W-85 API GL-4 grade gear oil is recommended.

MTF Gear oil is suitable for use in manual transmissions of Mitsubishi, GMH, Ford and BorgWarner 3 speed 0501 and 4 speed 0503 series manual transmissions fitted to Ford Falcons. It also suits Hyundai, Citrogen, Daihatsu, Mazda, Nissan, Suzuki and Toyota manual transmissions.

MTF Gear oil is useful in helping to overcome difficult cold temperature gear changes in fourwheel drive vehicles such as Toyota Landcruiser and Mitsubishi Pajero. Please consult the owners’ manual before use.
