VIDEO Using WZ10020L DC Step-Down Module to Inspect and Check EV0 Clutch Solenoid Valve in Selespeed AMT
This short video demonstrates how the **WZ10020L DC Step-Down Module** can be used as an adjustable DC power source to inspect and check the **EV0 Clutch Solenoid Valve** used in the **Selespeed AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) / SeleMatic** system.
During the test, the solenoid movement and current draw are observed while the applied voltage is adjusted. The test provides a simple way to observe the operating behavior of the EV0 clutch solenoid outside the vehicle.
One of the observations shown in the video is that the **solenoid plunger moves to a middle position during operation**. At approximately **1.0 A of current**, the solenoid reaches a position where the valve is observed to be **fully closed**.
The demonstration includes:
* Using the **WZ10020L DC Step-Down Module** for controlled DC power
* Inspecting the **EV0 Clutch Solenoid Valve**
* Observing solenoid plunger movement
* Monitoring the current drawn by the solenoid
* Observing the relationship between current and valve position
* Identifying the **middle plunger position**
* Observing the valve reaching the **fully closed position at approximately 1.0 A**
* Practical inspection of an EV0 solenoid used in **Selespeed AMT / SeleMatic** transmission systems
The observed **approximately 1.0 A current** is a measurement from this particular test setup and should not be considered a universal specification for every EV0 solenoid. The actual operating characteristics may vary depending on the solenoid, transmission system, supply voltage, temperature and test conditions.
**Safety Note:** Always verify the correct voltage, polarity, wiring and electrical limits for the specific solenoid before applying power. Avoid exceeding the manufacturer's specified operating limits.
