1. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
2. Dealfon only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your Shipping address.

We check our products one by one before we pack and ship to make sure they are all what you ordered, to make sure the quantity and in good condition.
We provide 3 months international warranty. You can get free exchange or repairing service within this period since you paid. We are responsible for all the charges and fees caused by exchange or repairing service.You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. Deaflon does not offer replacement or repair service with an expired warranty.
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received.
If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we can not refund or send replacement.
Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you shoud provide us with the shipping tracking number and specific reason for the return.
Customs Tax & Duty
1. As long as item location is China ( Except for the United States ), all the parcels bound to target countries subject to tax&duty. For specific tariff, please kindly contact local customs house for details. All tax&duty are at buyers expense.
2. When parcel arrives at inbound country customs house, buyer is liable to clear cargos according to customs staff requirement within certain period. The clearance period is determined by local customs and not included in estimated shipping time.
3. For each parcel, we will take a declaration of 60% the total value of goods. If you have special requirements for the product value of the declaration, please leave a message! Thank you!
